We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized items and final sale products are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
